Seeing a gap in the market for a fixed fee service in Buyer Advocacy, Melinda’s model allows clients to better budget for her services.
As a highly qualified Buyers Agent, with over 34 years experience in the industry, Melinda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to understand what constitutes a good property over a bad one.
Melinda has 2 adult girls who were her motivation for setting up a business like this one. She currently lives around the Inner East.
In her spare time she is regularly seen at the gym, walking her Cavoodle or enjoying the many sights of Melbourne. This helps to keep her refreshed mentally & physically, allowing her to handle an array of obstacles that buying property in Melbourne often brings.
She is incredibly skilled in assessing properties & strategic negotiations, helping clients save money and time wasted on wrong properties.
