The road to success in real estate starts, for most people, with that nerve-wracking first home or investment purchase.

Melinda Walker’s extensive background in real estate began at the grass-roots level as a receptionist in commercial real estate, before moving to sunny Queensland where she worked in holiday and permanent rentals.

From there she came back to Melbourne, worked as a sales consultant and auctioneer and came runner up in the Victorian Novice Auctioneers Competition in 1995. Melinda has continued her Real Estate journey and has now over 25 years’ experience in the Melbourne Market place.

As a qualified and highly experienced property professional and a leader in her industry, Melinda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in property research. Melinda is skilled in appraising and strategic negotiations, including numerous years in Buyer Advocacy in and around Melbourne.
