As a highly qualified Buyers Agent, with over 34 years experience in the industry, Melinda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to understand what constitutes a good property over a bad one.
Melinda has 2 incredible adult girls who were her motivation for setting up a business like this one. She currently lives around the Hawthorn area.
In her spare time she is regularly seen at the gym lifting weights and boxing. This helps to keep her mentally & physically fit to handle an array of obstacles that buying property in Melbourne often brings.
She is incredibly skilled in assessing properties & strategic negotiations, helping clients save money and time wasted on wrong properties.
